네온 레인 서비스 약관

이 약관은 「네온 레인」(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 안내합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
1. 서비스 내용
앱은 박자에 맞춰 네 개의 차선을 달리는 리듬 러너 게임이며, 일일 랭킹과 명예의 전당 기능을 제공합니다. 일부 기능(랭킹)은 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다.
2. 이용 조건
- 앱은 만 13세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다.
- 개인적·비상업적 용도로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 앱의 코드·이미지·음원을 허락 없이 복제, 배포, 역설계, 재판매하지 않습니다.
3. 이용자의 의무
- 랭킹 닉네임에 타인을 비방하거나 불쾌감을 주는 표현, 타인의 정보를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 비정상적인 방법(변조, 자동 입력 프로그램, 서버 조작 등)으로 기록을 만들지 않습니다. 위반이 확인되면 기록을 삭제하거나 랭킹 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
4. 광고와 결제
앱에는 광고가 표시될 수 있으며, 광고 및 개인정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 유료 판매·결제 조건이 있는 경우 Google Play의 결제 약관과 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
5. 서비스의 변경과 중단
개발자는 운영상 필요에 따라 기능, 랭킹 기록, 서비스 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 점수 산정 방식이 바뀌면 기존 랭킹 기록이 초기화될 수 있습니다.
6. 면책
앱은 현재 상태 그대로 제공되며, 기기 환경에 따른 지연·오류·데이터 손실에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 장시간 플레이 시 휴식을 취하고, 깜박이는 화면에 민감한 분은 설정의 "눈 편한 모드"를 사용해 주세요.

Service: Neon Lane is a rhythm runner game with daily rankings and a Hall of Fame. Rankings require an internet connection. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms.
Use: for players aged 13 and over, for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, distribute, reverse engineer or resell the app's code, images or music without permission.
Conduct: no offensive or others' personal information in nicknames; no cheating (tampering, bots, server manipulation). We may delete records or restrict ranking access for violations.
Ads & payments: the app may show ads; see the Privacy Policy. If the app is sold, Google Play's payment terms and refund policy apply.
Changes: we may change or discontinue features or rankings, and rankings may be reset if scoring rules change.
Disclaimer: the app is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for delays, errors or data loss caused by your device or environment.
