「네온 레인」(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 아래와 같이 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하는지 안내드립니다.
1. 수집·이용하는 정보

앱은 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치·연락처·사진을 수집하지 않으며, 앱 내 결제를 제공하지 않습니다. Android 앱에는 Google AdMob 광고(게임오버 후 전면광고, 결과 화면 배너)가 표시되며, 이를 위해 Google이 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID), 기기·앱 정보, 대략적인 위치(IP 기반), 광고 상호작용 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 광고는 만 13세 이상 전체이용가 등급으로 제한되며, 유럽경제지역·영국 이용자에게는 동의 화면이 표시되고 설정에서 동의를 변경할 수 있습니다. 기기의 설정에서 광고 ID 재설정/삭제 및 맞춤 광고 해제가 가능합니다. 자세한 내용: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
2. 정보의 저장과 처리 위탁
랭킹 기능을 위해 닉네임, 익명 사용자 식별자, 게임 기록은 Google Firebase(Authentication, Cloud Firestore)에 저장됩니다. 전송 구간은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다. 이 정보는 랭킹 화면에서 다른 이용자에게 닉네임과 점수로 표시될 수 있습니다. 이용자 정보를 판매하거나 광고·마케팅 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
3. 보유 및 삭제
- 랭킹 기록은 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관되며, 삭제를 요청하시면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
- 기기 내 저장 정보는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 삭제 요청은 아래 문의처로 닉네임과 플레이한 날짜를 알려주세요. 익명 식별자는 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 지우면 새로 만들어지며, 이전 식별자의 기록은 이용자와 더 이상 연결되지 않습니다.
4. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 기록의 열람·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 닉네임은 앱의 [설정]에서 직접 변경할 수 있습니다.

Neon Lane Privacy Policy

What we collect: a nickname you enter (2–10 characters), a random anonymous ID created by Firebase Anonymous Authentication, and your game results (score, distance, max combo, date). Settings and your personal best are stored only on your device. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, or photos, and there are no in-app purchases. The Android app shows Google AdMob ads (an interstitial after game over and a banner on the result screen); Google may collect and use the Android advertising ID, device/app information, approximate location (from IP) and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. Ads are limited to a General content rating. Users in the EEA/UK see a consent form and can change it in settings; you can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Why: to show daily rankings and the Hall of Fame. Your nickname and score may be visible to other players on the leaderboard.
Where: Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore), transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Retention & deletion: leaderboard records are kept while the service operates and are deleted on request. Contact us via GitHub Issues or the blog with your nickname and play date. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local data.
Children: the app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
